Is taxi service available 24 hours?

Yes, our service operates 24 hours every day. However, we strongly recommend that you make a booking at least 1 day in advance to ensure fleet availability, especially for midnight or early morning pick-ups.

What if my plane is delayed?

Don't worry. If you provide your flight number when booking, our team will monitor your landing schedule in real-time. The driver will adjust the pick-up time without incurring additional waiting fees.

Can I book a taxi in Bali for a daily tour (full day)?

Of course. In addition to point-to-point transfers, we provide private cars and drivers for tours of 5 to 10 hours' duration. This is the most economical choice if you want to visit several tourist destinations at once in Bali.

How can I recognize my driver in a crowded place?
